TASTY ZUCCHINI SOUP

Here's a really fast and tasty soup.
One can measure quantities so to adjust to your circumstances.
Can freeze the cooked zucchini mixture and eat all winter;
just add the cream and heat.

fresh zucchini squash (as many as wanted)
green onions
chicken broth
cream
thyme
sour cream

slice squash and green onions and add to pot with chicken broth.
Cook, covered, until squash is soft, about 15 minutes.
Blend until smooth in a blender or food processor.
Add back to pot and stir in cream and thyme;
add salt and pepper to taste.
Heat gently
but don't boil and serve with a dollup of sour cream.
