Tartar Sauce

* 2 tablespoons minced capers
* 1.5 tablespoons dill pickle relish or minced dill pickle
* 1 large minced green onion, 1/4 cup minced
* 1/2 - 1 teaspoon horseradish (optional)
* 1 cup Best Foods (c) real mayonnaise
* generous grindings black pepper

Blend together, refrigerate at least one-half hour for flavors to develope.
Serve with fried fish sticks, filets, other sea-food.
