"Pan-Fried" Spaghetti Squash

Makes 1 serving
1-1/2 teaspoons margarine/butter
1/4 cup diced scallions
1-1/2 cups cooked spaghetti squash
1-8 teaspoon salt
dash pepper

In small nonstick skillet heat margarine/butter until bubbly and hot;
add scallions and saute'.
Add squash, spreading over surface of pan;
sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook,
turning with a spatula,
until browned on both sides.
