1 TBSP OIL
1/2 RED BELL PEPPER (SLICED)
1/2 GREEN BELL PEPPER (SLICED)
1 SM PURPLE ONION (SLICED)
1 SLICE SWISS CHEESE
MRS DASH ONION SEASONING
GARLIC SALT
HEAT OIL IN A LARGE SKILLET, NON-STICK IS BEST. WHEN OIL IS HOT PLACE CHICKEN BREASTS IN
PAN AND SEASON TO DESIRED TASTE. WHEN CHICKEN IS GOLDEN BROWN ON ONE SIDE TURN OVER
AND ADD PEPPERS AND ONION. COOK UNTIL VEGGIES ARE TO DESIRED CRISPNESS AND TOP WITH
SLICE OF SWISS CHEESE. IF I AM TAKING THIS TO WORK FOR LUNCH I DO NOT MELT THE CHEESE, I
JUST PLACE IT ON TOP AND ZAP IT IN THE MICROWAVE AT WORK.
