take a pound of shrimp (you can add scallops or chicken or what ever you want to this) and saute it with fresh garlic cloves
and sliced mushrooms in 1/2 butter and 1/2 oil untill almost done, ( you can also add broccoli if you wish but it changes the
color to a greenish tinge)
then add a jar of five brothers alfredo sauce ( this is 3 grms of carb per serving and one jar has 7 servings)
add 4-6 ounces of cream (i use light cream) and 4 ounces of water to thin it a bit as this is very thick and rich
our the mix over spagetti squash and serve with a green veggie around the outside of the plate or with a green salad
i am not sure about the amt of carbs in spag squash but with out the squash the carbs per serving are about 3-4
