Potted Chicken

In a large metal cooking pot that has a lid put
8 chicken legs
2 talbespoons of olive oil and let start to fry/steam
put a teaspoon of italian seasoning,
and half spoon of garlic powder
turn the legs in the hot liquid every 5 min and cover after each turning
when the legs are cooked 3/4 of the way take them out of the pot,
what should be in the bottom of the pot is a mix of oil,
chicken juice and seasoning

place a thick layer of each of the following fresh vegetables
green beans
cauliflower
yellow squash
spinach

place the chicken legs back on top of the veggies
cover and let finish cooking on low to med heat
once the veggies are cooked and the chicken is done
the meal is ready to be served

leftovers?
bone the chicken, add knorr chicken boulion
and two cups of water and the veggies leftover and you have a great soup
