In a large metal cooking pot that has a lid put 8 chicken legs 2 talbespoons of olive oil and let start to fry/steam put a teaspoon of italian seasoning, and half spoon of garlic powder turn the legs in the hot liquid every 5 min and cover after each turning when the legs are cooked 3/4 of the way take them out of the pot, what should be in the bottom of the pot is a mix of oil, chicken juice and seasoning
