Pork rinds

Pork rinds are fine on the diet.
Try them with sour cream,
they are good.
You can also crush them up and make a batter w/egg for fried chicken.

NOTE TO ALL:
pork rinds are not fat,
they are 100 percent protein.
The fat has all been cooked away.
The pork rinds can add the little cruch that your looking for.
