take 1/2 cup sweet roasted peppers(see how to roast sweet red peppers) and dice them up fine add two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar(get a good one as this is the best flavored) let sit together overnight this makes a low carb low fat salad dressing for a green leafy salad about 2 carbs per serving if my info is right and the flavor, oh is wonderful
over a grill place washed whole peppers (red sweet ones is the best)
