Pepper Beef

4 oz. of Lean, Boneless, Sirloin Beef
Cooking Spray
1 1/2 Bell Peppers
1 tsp. of Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tsp. of Olive Oil

Cut sirloin into strips and set aside.
Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
Place over medium-high heat.
Add beef strips to skillet and cook,
stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until done.
Remove from skillet.
Add bell pepper strips to hot skillet.
Cook about 3 minutes or until peppers are slightly tender.
In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce and oil.
Add to skillet with peppers and beef.
Cook and stir until heated.
