1 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. ground pork 1/2 lb. ground turkey 1/2 cup ground pork rinds 1 egg 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon basil 1 teaspoon marjoram garlic to taste pepper and salt (careful with the salt, both the parmesan and the pork rinds are salty)
