Meatloaf

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup ground pork rinds
1 egg
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon marjoram
garlic to taste
pepper and salt
(careful with the salt, both the parmesan and the pork rinds are salty)

Preheat over to 350.
Mix all together.
(The key to a light meatloaf is to handle the mixture a little as possible)
Shape into loaf,
place in baking or loaf pan,
and bake for about 45 minutes.
