lobster stew

take a lobster,
approx 1-1/4 lb and steam it,
then cool the lobster
pick all the meat out
and cut larger pieces into bite sized chunks
melt a stick of butter in the fry pan
slowly and add the lobster meat
the color of the butter will turn pink to pale orange
when this happens
add whole milk (or cream or half an half, this is a very rich stew and the cream makes it more so}
let it simmer for about twenty minutes,
and then eat if you add cream there are no carbs,
if milk, check the label same with half and half

i used a quart of half and half
to one and one half sticks butter
to three lobsters
and 5 people ate this and there was still two portions left
it doesn't take a lot with a salad to feel full with this
this can also be done with scallops,
or shrimp or crab and it would still be the same delicious
