Author: rae take a lobster, approx 1-1/4 lb and steam it, then cool the lobster pick all the meat out and cut larger pieces into bite sized chunks melt a stick of butter in the fry pan slowly and add the lobster meat the color of the butter will turn pink to pale orange when this happens add whole milk (or cream or half an half, this is a very rich stew and the cream makes it more so} let it simmer for about twenty minutes, and then eat if you add cream there are no carbs, if milk, check the label same with half and half
