5 eggs
1/2 pint heavy cream
1/2 pint water
4-6 teaspoon-equivalent of sugar substitute (kind that can be cooked)
1 cap almond extract
dash nutmeg or dash cinnamon or both
Preheat oven to 350. Whip first five ingredients in blender for 3-4 minutes. Pour into large baking dish or individual dishes
and sprinkle top with spices. In oven, set dish in large pan half filled with water. Bake for 40 minutes or until set.
