Custard

Mix together:

4 Eggs
4 Cups Cream
1/2 Cup Splenda
1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon Salt

I use a wand mixer for this
and place all of the ingredients into a measuring cup with a pour spout.
Prepare a water bath.
I use cake pans, placing about an inch of water into each pan.
Place 8 custard cups into the water bath and pour in the custard.
Sprinkle nutmeg onto the tops of the custard cups, if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
