CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE

14oz canned Whole Green Chiles (Ortega)
1 LB Cheddar, grated
1 LB Monterey Jack Cheese, grated

In lightly oiled 9"x13" pan
layer 1/2 chiles, cheddar, 1/2 chiles, jack cheese.

In blender mix:
4 Eggs
3/4 c Water
3/4 c Cream
Salt and Pepper to taste

Pour egg mix over all.
Bake in oven at 325 degrees (F) for 45 minutes.
