Broiled Chicken Nuggets 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lbs) 1/3 cup butter or margarine 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp tarragon, crumbled 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp ground black pepper Watercress (optional)

3. Arrange chicken in a single layer on the rack over a broiler pan.
