CRUSTLESS CHEESECAKE

12oz cream cheese softened
1TSP.vanilla extract 2packets diff.sugar substitute 1 equal 1 sweet low MIX
1cup heavy whipping cream WHIPPED

Fold whipped heavy cream into cream cheese mixture
put in glass bowl-refrigerate.
You can add a 1/2 box of sugar free pudding mix to this too. (chocolate tastes great).
This mixture also tastes great frozen.
Ice cream!
You can also use artificially sweetened Jello
for a Rasberry or other flavored no crust cheese cake.
