one pound of sausage,i use hot but you can use any kind that has no fillers
two tablespoons olive oil
large bunch of broccoli rabe
ground garlic two tablespoons
pepper and salt
brown the sausage in a pot in the olive oil with the garlic
then add the rabe
when the rabe starts to wilt sprinkle with pepper and salt if you wish
cover on med heat for 5 min
stir and repeat for 5 min
when the sausage is cooked and the rabe is tender the meal is done
i have also added asparagus and green squash to this to extend the veggies in the meal
it is an unusual tasting veggie and does take some getting used to
