3/4 cup Ketchup -- unsweetened
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients & heat.
Refrigerate.
Use over chicken, or other meats.
